Ernest McCain (Bud) Richardson age 85 died Thursday, August 11,2011 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. Graveside service with military honors will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Taylor's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Tommy Tysinger. The family will see friends on Saturday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. Born October 27, 1925 in Randolph County to Grady Richardson and Anna Belle McCain Richardson. Survived by his wife, Mildred Hogan Gallimore Richardson of the home, a son Steve Richardson and wife lee of Midland; brother Tom Richardson of Sophia; sisters, Anna L. Staley, Dot Hill and Maxine White all of Asheboro and grandchildren Anna and Stacy, and great-grandchild Ethan.
