Charlotte Ann “Anna” Briles, age 73, of Odessa, passed away on July 6, 2014 in Odessa, Tx. Visitation is on July 9, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 4pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jimmy Braswell officiating. Born on August 15, 1940 in Stamford, Texas to Curtis Ivy and Maxie D Welch Ivy. She married Ernest Dudley Briles on May 18, 1968 in Stamford, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Ivy and Maxie D Welch Ivy. Survived by her loving husband Ernest Briles, their three children, Charles Mauldin (Chuck) and wife Kathy of Spring, Tx, Jana Susan Rector and husband Dale of Lubbock, Texas and Angela Carolyn Briles of Dallas, Tx., 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, two sisters Carolyn Weaver and Cindi Bailey, both of Abilene, Tx.
