Charles Lee Briles, age 76, passed away on April 2, 2018. Friends may gather Friday, April 6, 4:00 pm until the time of memorial service at 5:00 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. Elder Jackie Smith officiating. Private inurnment at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens. Born on May 1, 1941 in Robinette, WV to the late Walter and Hazel Briles. Charles is preceded in death by son, Thomas Lee Briles; and brother, Joseph Briles. He is survived by beloved wife of 56 years, Barbara Briles; son, Markus (Kelly) Briles, grandsons, Charles (Jordan) Briles, Robert, Jonathon, and Christopher Briles; great grandson, Levi Briles; siblings, Jim (Margaret) Briles, Daniel (Daphne) Briles, Joyce (Greg) Fernan, and Bonnie (Rainer) Stegemann; other relatives and friends.
