Myra Lynn Kennedy, 61, died Thursday, December 13, 2018, at her residence. Graveside service celebrating Lynn's life will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Amy Coles officiating. The family will speak with friends at the cemetery following the service.Born September 14, 1957, in High Point and was the daughter of the late E. Lenton and Mary Elizabeth Royals Kennedy. Lynn is survived by her son, Chris Kennedy, of Trinity; an uncle, Bobby Royals of Trinity; two cousins, Taylor Wedge and family and Lindsay Royals; and her furbabies, Angel, Oscar, Roger, Raegan, Pacey and Elrod.-Cumby Funeral Home.
Ms. Kennedy's great great grandmother is Fatima Briles Floyd.
