Ruby Frances Parrish Loflin, 96, formerly of Trinity, died May 1, 2020 at Westchester Manor in High Point. A private graveside service will be held at Westfield Baptist Church Cemetery in Trinity with grandson, Eric King, officiating. Mrs. Loflin will lie in state from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale
Born January 6, 1924 in Davidson County, a daughter to the late Oscar and Ida Hughes Parrish. In 1944, she married Robert Wayne Loflin who preceded her in death May 10, 1998. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy; and three sisters, Eutha, Inez and Eva.
Surviving are three daughters, Carole Lowe and husband Leslie of Asheboro, Brenda Nelson and husband Ron of Trinity and Marilyn King and husband Wane of Trinity; a brother, Albert Parrish and wife Alice of Trinity; five grandchildren, Brian Lowe, Rob Lowe, Danielle Evans, Kim Cox and Eric King; nine great grandchildren, Brittany, Mitch, Lexie, Kaitlyn, Maggie, Lizzie, Will, Jake and Karleigh; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
