Betty L. Bickel, 89, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at her home in Corydon, IN. All services will be private.
She was born May 9, 1931 in Fowler, IN, the daughter of Herbert Woertz, Sr. and Thelma Briles Woertz. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Keith Bickel, a brother, Herbert Woertz, Jr. and sister, Donna Caughey.
She is survived by a daughter Sue Ellen Cavins (Jim) and son, David Bickel (Beth) both of Corydon, IN; grandchildren, Jonathon Cavins (Amanda), Kristin Pavlik (Charles), Adam Bickel (Crystal) and Paul Bickel; great grandchildren, Graham and Burke Cavins, Kailee Flanders, Kade Pavlik, Makenzie and Hailie and Lexie Bickel. Her mother, Thelma Briles Woertz is the daughter of the late Bernard & Mary Hall Briles.
