Lillian F. Robertson of Mulberry died Sunday, April 5, 2009, in the Van Buren hospital at the age of 100.
Born Jan. 26, 1909, at Mulberry, she was the daughter of Thomas and Jennie Pritchard Fisher. She was the widow of Tobe Robertson, a homemaker, a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church since 1930 and a member of the Extension Homemakers Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and a daughter, Jennie King.
Survivors include a daughter, Cleta Whitaker of Mulberry; a sister, Velda Blythe of Van Buren; seven grandchildren, Twila and Kerry King, Donald and Max Whitaker, all of Mulberry, Mitzi Whitaker of Fort Smith, Gina Briles of Derby, Kan., and Stevie King of Alma; nine great-grandchildren, Stephanie Brister, Kimberly Simon, Andrea Clark, Keri Jo King, Emily Whitaker, Kayla and Zachery King and Justin and Jake Briles; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Vine Prairie Baptist Church, with burial in New Cemetery at Mulberry under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were her grandsons and great-grandsons.
