ASHEBORO-Mrs. Carol Faye Gallimore Ledwell, 69, passed June 7, 2007 at Randolph Hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. June 10th at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Lee Roy Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Born on November 19, 1937, a native of Trinity, the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Wall Gallimore. In addition to her parents, her sister, Betty Lee Gallimore, and her brothers Burley Gallimore and Garland Gallimore preceded her in death. Survived by Bobby Worth Ledwell, her husband of 46 years, of the home; her sisters Ruth Briles Tedder and Virginia Vestal, both of Asheboro; her brothers Harold Gallimore, of Denton, Ralph Gallimore, of Trinity, and Jimmy Gallimore, of Asheville; and her beloved dog, Patches. Family will receive friends at Ridge Funeral Home, 908 Albemarle Road, Asheboro, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2007, and other times at the home.
